Our School Aims
We are committed to providing an excellent educational experience for all our pupils, leading to the best attainment that each child is able to achieve. We are also committed to an excellent and fulfilling professional experience for all our staff.
We aim to work in partnership with parents and carers, providing good information about children's progress and liaising at the earliest stage should any kind of difficulty occur.
We look for the support of parents, for their own children and also for the success and development of the whole school.
We aim to provide an environment where every member of the community feels valued and recognises their part in the success and happiness of the school. We seek to promote the qualities of enthusiasm, curiosity, creativity and determination and we encourage each child to participate actively in the life of the school and the local community.
In the spirit of the Christian ethos of the school, we respect and value every person, encouraging everyone to give of their best at all times and to contribute all that they can to our life together in school. Where children are in difficulty, we aim to enable them to move forward, making changes that will secure success where there has been failure, and right behaviour where this has been wrong.
Through the shared high expectations of teachers, parents and governors in every aspect of life, each child is enabled and encouraged to develop their potential to the full, take a pride in achievement and grow and learn with confidence.
