Emphasis in school is placed on enjoying educational experiences and learning how to learn. Pupils are encouraged by recognition of their own achievements. Teachers understand that children need to acquire knowledge but that they also need the necessary skills and values to development ideas. We understand that school is only a part of a child's world and aim, along with parents; to ensure that what is learnt and experienced is relevant to the wider world and the child's experience within it.
