At school we expect a high level of presentation from the children, in their work and their appearance. To help the children to achieve this, please ensure that they are equipped with the correct uniform and stationery.
PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT EVERYTHING IS NAMED!
Stationery: Children will need the following in one small pencil case only:-
Blue handwriting (e.g. Berol) / cartridge / fountain pen
30cm ruler (completely rigid, not the folding or malleable ones)
Pencil
Pencil sharpener
Eraser
Drywipe white board marker
Pencil crayons
Glue stick
(Protractor and compass)
Uniform
All uniform is available from the national school wear shop in Poole high street.
School uniform is an important part of school life, making a strong contribution to our community ethos. We ask all parents to provide the following:
All pupils: · *School tie
· White socks
· Sensible black shoes (not trainers)
· Overall (or old shirt) for Art and Design.
· *Polo shirt embroidered with School Badge (during Summer Term, if wished)
Boys: · White shirt
· Charcoal grey trousers (not black). Year 7 may wear charcoal grey or black trousers
· *School jumper with crest
Girls: · White shirt
· Charcoal grey skirt / pinafore / tailored trousers. Year 7 may wear charcoal grey or black trousers/skirts (trousers should be formal and smart, not stretchy or flared.The school office have suitable examples to show parents)
· * School jumper or cardigan with crest
· Red and white checked dress (during Summer Term, if wished)
· Plain opaque, red grey or black tights.
P.E. Uniform: · Black shorts
· Black joggers (winter games)
· *T-shirt in child's "House" colour
· *School sweatshirt
· Trainers or plimsolls.

The Friends of Baden-Powell and St. Peter's organise the sale of good quality second hand uniform (details can be obtained from the School Office).
Jewellery With the exception of small, plain studs and wrist-watches, jewellery should not be worn in school.
For reasons of safety, only close fitting, plain stud earrings should be worn. During PE and games lessons, children will be required to cover the earrings with tape to avoid them becoming caught. It is advisable for children to not wear any jewellery, especially earrings, on the days that they do P.E. and Games.
