Alice Brown… And The Case Of The
Sinister School
Alice Brown and Steff Kirby
were outside in there dark, gloomy school playground pretending not to be
scared. Goosebumps creped down there frozen backs as they walked round the
playground.
As they were walking into the
school there was a sudden BANG!
“AAHH!” screamed the girls.
“Don’t worry Steff it was
only the thunder.”
“It might be a ghost!”
whispered Steff.
Just before Alice and Steff
reached the science lab the torch ran out of battery!
“Oh no! I can’t see
anything!” Cried Steff “What shall we do?”
“Don’t worry follow me!”
BUMP! CRASH!
“Ow!” they both yelled
“Aaha! I found some
batteries. I’ll put them in the torch.” Said
“Ok.” Steff replied
When the torch finally worked
they looked around the science lab. No-one or anything was there!
“What?!?” said
“No-one is here! That must
mean… It’s a ghost!” Steff said worryingly.
“No no it can’t be.” Shrieked
They carried on looking
around the science lab when suddenly…
A mysterious figure came into
the room!
“AAHH! It’s a monster! Quick
whack it with the torch!!!” screamed
So Steff bravely hit the
figure with the torch.
“RUN! Before it eats us!”
yelled Steff.
The girls ran and ran and
ran! Until they saw something strange. They jumped into the cloakroom quickly
and hit in between the coats. Suddenly they saw it was only Miss Revill.
“Whoo! That was close! If she
saw us well… who knows what would happen!” whispered
They climbed out of all the
coats and went outside where they were hopefully safe.
“Can we go home yet?” cried
Steff.
“Yes, lets come home again
tomorrow. Hopefully we will find out who or what it was.” Replied
When they were in the playground
the next morning waiting for the bell to ring Mala (Their friend) came up to
them and said
“Those noises that came from
the science lad was just the caretaker!”
“Oh. So Steff and I won’t
need to find out if it was a monster or just the caretaker!” Laughed
“No wander he wanted to
practice the piano after school he was so bad!” Giggled Steff.
They both laughed as the
morning bell went for registration.
