Chinese Life and Drama
The lifestyle and drama has been great, the costumes really make
the characters stand out. The story of the Ox herd and the
weaving maid brings out your creative side and your imagination.
The differences between our culture and the Chinese culture
are very large! The way the Chinese live may seem peculiar to us
but it is a wonderful tradition to them. There dances are very respectful
to their emperors and they are usually extremely colourful and lively.
Masks were usually quite common in the Chinese drama to portray the
different characters personalities and emotions within the drama.
The clothes they wore were generally red, pink, blue and purple and they were usually made of silk. Their clothes often had oriental writing and emperors on them to show respect to their rulers. Because dairy products aren't avilable in China, chocolate and other dairy products were made with soya milk. They also eat chicken feet and quell eggs. They also played musical instruments which are similar to the ones we have today.
